Update on Staging Bank Owned Properties  

I have to share this information. I have been Staging homes for banks lately. The ones that are using Staging the most are Chase and Wells Fargo. Now ,they will not pay the Stager upfront, and most Stagers require this. The banks also will not pay a monthly rental fee on the Staging items, which all Stagers want.

However, I have great exprience working with most of the banks so far, so if you do have a bank owned listing please do not hesitate to suggest Staging the vacant home. At Sellright Home Staging, we can invoice the bank and price the Staging job accordingly without charging a monthly rental.
