Home Staging To Sell, Vacant Home, a la cart
No charge for us to come out to the house to give you a price on what we would charge to Stage the vacant home but to give you an idea prices typically run $300 a room depending on size of room and how much furniture needs to be placed.Some rooms can be as little as $250.00(offices).
 
If your Realtor will not be providing a professional photographer to take pictures of your Staged home, you will need one.
Professional photographs of the Staged home to be sent to your Realtor for the purpose of marketing your home $300.00.

A consultation will be needed first to determine what should stay in the home and what should be packed up.
Individual pricing based on several factors including size and number of rooms and amount that needs to be done. See "Consultations" below.


Consultations
If you will be occupying your home while on the market, we offer a Staging consultation. The consultation will help to determine what should stay in the home and what should be packed up before putting the house on the market. Sellright Home Staging will go through the home room by room with you. We will also recommend any rearranging of furniture if needed. Our goal is to help you make your home look the best it can to reduce the days on market.

1601 Sq. Ft to 2500 Sq. Ft.   $250.00  1.5 Hours Needed
Over 2500 Sq. Ft.                 $300.00  2 Hours Needed

If you decide you would like Sellright Home Staging to do the work for you, we will deduct the price of the consultation from the total price of the Staging.
