Sellright Home Staging offers Home Staging through our Home Managers program. This program does not cost the seller or Realtor anything. It actually saves the seller money because the home insurance will be less due to the home no longer being vacant. Utilities and basic yard maintenance is taken care of by Home Managers.
Home Managers Stage and live in the home while it is for sale and maintains the home in showing condition at all times. Once the home is under contract to a buyer, the Home Manager is given a 30 day notice to move out. Sellright Home Staging will do their best to find another property for the Home Manager to move into.

$50.00 one time application fee Criminal back ground check Credit check Must have furnishings suitable for price of home being placed in. Pay for all utilities and basic yard maintenance Must be able to leave home for showings with 15 minute notice. Keep home in showing condition at all times. Have no pets Must not smoke Must carry Renters Insurance and show proof of. One time security deposit travels with you from house to house. 30 day notice will be given once house is under contract to a buyer. Opportunities for bonus with less than 30 day notice.
