Flat Rate Fee: Many times we can Stage for a flat rate with no ongoing rental charges. Give us call to discuss your specific needs.
Staging and Listing of Home For Sale: We have Realtors we can recommend if you do not yet have one.. If you must move out of the Austin area before selling your home, we are the perfect company to hire. We will Stage and decorate the home so it looks warm and inviting.
Staging of Occupied Home While on the Market to Sell :
We will use the home owners furnishings and rearrange to give a better flow to the rooms and show the proper function of the room as it was built for.This plan is priced individually and Sellright Home Staging cannot give a price with out seeing the house. We can also ad furniture and accessories when needed to a partially furnished home.
Home Managers:
We place home managers in your vacant listings. They are decorated and cared for, thereby increasing the chances of selling sooner, and also reducing your home insurance. There is no cost to the seller for this service. More Info
Consultation:
For those on a budget or would like to do the Staging themselves we can do a consultation. A consultation will include Sellright Home Staging visiting the home and walking through with the home owner informing them of what needs to done as far as painting, curb appeal, rearranging of rooms etc. Time needed for a consultation is about 1 to 2 hours depending on size of home. Cost: Starts at $150.00 depending on size of home.
